In an effort to meet all of our clients' needs, we have created our own construction company, Distinctive Designs. Jeff Wulbrun is the owner/operator, Tony Young handles the day-to-day operations of the company as our construction manager, and Jennie Wulbrun serves as our design specialist, assisting our clients with interior and exterior selections. Together we have over 40 years of experience in the real estate and new construction areas.

With over 20 years of experience as a design specialist Jennie will help you tie together your cabinetry, plumbing, lighting fixtures, countertops, flooring, and color choices. Jennie Wulbrun keeps abreast to the latest national trends, not just our local market. She also makes decisions regarding all spec homes and can help in design proposals.
